By accessing and using the Wright County Republican Central Committee website (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this Site.

Iowa Campaign Finance Law Compliance

All contributions to the Wright County Republican Central Committee are subject to Iowa law:

• Contributions are not tax-deductible
• There are no contribution limits for individuals under Iowa law for county central committees
• Corporations, insurance companies, banks, and credit unions are prohibited from contributing under Iowa Code § 68A.503
• Contributions over $25 require disclosure of donor name and address
• Contributor information may be reported to the Iowa Ethics & Campaign Disclosure Board

Refund Policy

Contributions are generally non-refundable. If you believe a contribution was made in error, please contact our treasurer at treasurer@wrightcountygop.org within 30 days.

Prohibited Contributions

By making a contribution, you certify that you are a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident, and that the contribution is not made from the funds of a prohibited source under Iowa law.

If you submit comments, feedback, or other content to our Site or social media pages, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute that content for political and organizational purposes.

You agree not to submit content that:

• Is false, misleading, or defamatory
• Violates any law or regulation
• Infringes intellectual property rights
• Contains viruses or malicious code
• Harasses, threatens, or abuses others

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.
